2015 Elite Team Highlights

2015  has been a breakthrough year for Therapeutics Associates Racing. We have podium’ed consistently throughout the year on the regional and local level, and even grabbed a few wins. Not only this but the morale of the team is higher than ever, and we have all bonded through our success. As the season comes to a close, it seems like an appropriate time to reminisce and recall some of our best moments. From here on out we will update the website a bit more consistently, but before we look forward, let’s remember what we accomplished in 2015.

Austin wins the Senior Men’s Oregon Cup!

This season, TAI Elite Racer Austin Arguello took the overall honors in the Oregon Cup, which is a series of races throughout the season to determine the most consistent and well rounded rider in the state. Austin won Bend Don’t Brake, and was only outside of the top 5 two times throughout the 7 race series. Below are some photos from the various races in the Oregon Cup.

Martin Acosta has successful crit season.

Our fast finisher, Martin, had a good run at crits this season. With a win at the Hammer Velo Criterium and a 2nd at the OBRA Criterium Championship, he has once again proved to be a big threat in fast finishes. Great work, Martin!

Development team rider John Morehouse upgrades from the 3’s.

John started the season as a Cat 3 with no points and had his two by the end of March. He quickly became a great teammate for our elite squad, by helping Austin win the Oregon cup and snagging a few top 10’s himself.

These are just a few pieces of our great season thus far. Huge thanks to all of our sponsors for making all of these results possible. We look forward to winding down the season and what the future holds for us.
